BUYING AT SAARANHA&VASCONCELOS

At SAARANHA&VASCONCELOS, you have the possibility of buying as a guest or as a registered customer. Registration is easy and the details will be stored in your account for future purchases.

 

WISHLIST

The customer can save favorite products on his Wishlist, by clicking on the heart icon on each item. To use this option, you must be a registered customer.

 

PAYMENT AND INVOICING

Online prices are the same as in-store, except in situations of item degradation, due to display reasons. If there is a difference between prices, the correct one will be the one you accepted at the time of purchase.The following payment methods are available:

● MB WAY;
● Paypal
● ATM Reference;
● Credit card.

For credit card payments, data will be encrypted to minimize the risk of unauthorized access; And the debit will be made after order confirmation. With the other payment methods (MB WAY, Paypal, and ATM Reference) the debit will be made immediately.

You can request an invoice for your order, as a person or company. You will be able to access the invoice in your customer account, once the order has been shipped. If you purchased as a guest, the invoice will be sent by email, or with the order.

 

EXPEDITION

Products, if in stock, will take 2-5 business days. The shipping cost will depend on the item. This amount is not cumulative, it will only be charged once, the one with the highest cost, regardless of the variety and units purchased. RETURNS

As a consumer of goods at a distance, you have a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the product(s) are delivered to you, except personalized products or products under the order, to return your order (or part of it). Any return implies that the products must be kept in perfect condition, with their original packaging. To make a return, you must attach the return packing slip to your order (being in proper condition and keeping all the original characteristics) and contact us by email at shop@saaranhavasconcelos.pt, to proceed with the return. Returns of customized products (ex: Customizable Mirror Palette) are not accepted. We do not accept returns of on-order/pre-order products (ex: Timeless Sofa).

 

RETURNS TO THE SHOWROOM

The return in the showroom is the sole responsibility of the customer, ensuring the delivery of the products to be returned, and keeping their original characteristics (original packaging and labels). Deliveries are subject to confirmation of the return, as well as the prior scheduling of date and time, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days, via email at shop@saaranhavasconcelos.pt.

 

RETURN PICKUP

SAARANHA&VASCONCELOS, in case the customer needs to make an exchange, makes available the service of collecting large-size products for return. This service is subject to an additional cost, as well as an appointment through the email shop@saaranhavasconcelos.pt.

 

REFUND

The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase. When using more than one form of payment, both forms of payment will be refunded proportionally. Confirmation of the return will be sent by e-mail, as soon as it has been made.
