SAV provides the WHITE GLOVES home delivery service with full coordination, arrangement, wrapping, delivery, and assembly by SAV. WHITE GLOVES is a high-quality personalized service that requires a meticulous process and care, carried out with white gloves, from packaging to delivery of the product(s). Ensuring that the product(s) are transported, delivered, and assembled with the greatest possible rigor and care. We guarantee that the customer receives the best shipping service for the product(s). The WHITE GLOVES service has a fixed cost per zone delivery according to the distance from our warehouse. Please check the table above to confirm the cost of your zone. With this service we offer the customer:

• Packaging, loading, and shipping of the product with all protective measures;
• Full follow-up from the moment of collection of the product, until the moment of delivery;
• Delivery at the time agreed with the customer;
• When our team arrives at the site, the products are unloaded, loaded, and assembled in the exact place where the customer wants them;
• All packaging materials and rubbish will be removed from the customer’s home and we will recycle the packaging;
• Certification of the quality and condition of the product.

Our specialized technicians travel at the scheduled time, with all the protective measures, namely gloves, shoe protectors, and masks; and place the products in the desired place, assemble them and proceed with the recycling of the packaging. This service includes the complete installation exclusively of our products, such as the placement of mirrors, shelves, and other products that require assembly or drilling.
